Ways To Prevent Global Warming

We are currently led to believe that human activity has had an alarming impact on the increased global temperatures and warming over the last couple of decades.
The thinning of the arctic levels along with the melting of glaciers has supposedly caused a dramatic rise in sea levels.
There are also the claims that there has been a dramatic rise in the number of volcanic eruptions, landslides, droughts, floods and hurricanes. In short global warming has been blamed for causing a lot of changes in the environment and the functioning of earth's atmosphere.
If these claims turn out to be accurate and we as a global community are to blame for the whole global warming issue, then In order to face this menace there needs to be a lot of well thought-out steps and alternatives to be implemented.
The major players in the car producing industries have been asked to chalk out some eco friendly designs and come up with new ideas and ways so that the emission of gases in the atmosphere can be controlled.
After all, the good old car has been blamed for contributing huge amounts of green house gases. Countries like USA and China have uncontrolled gaseous emissions that couldn't even be compared with other countries.
We seem to be entering into a new age where alternative solutions to reduce the effects of global warming are constantly being devised. One of these concepts is the hybrid car with its innovative technology. If a hybrid car was to be developed on a mass productivity scale then the amount of green house gases produced can be restricted incredibly.
These cars could be responsible for lowering the smog by more than ninety percent when compared to other cards. So you have to admit that the hybrid cars have some note worthy innovations when dealing with global warming.
With the increasing and jeopardizing aftermath of global warming on such a large scale, the individual use of hybrid cars may not have much impact but, if the global population on a whole adopts the concept a lot can be done.
